Participation Level: $670/year - Supports part of MFD's yearly operating costs. ($690 with PayPal)
Membership level: $875/year - Supports MFD’s yearly operating costs. ($900 with PayPal)
Sponsorship level: $1,133/year - Supports MFD’s yearly operating budget, retreat & social budgets. ($1,166with PayPal)
Investment level: $1,545/year - Supports above & families on scholarship. ($1591 with PayPal)
